Meet Beth

Having previously worked as a surgical technologist, I have always had an interest in the human body and keeping it healthy. 

After discovering Pilates in 2007, I quickly fell in love with how it enabled my body to move and feel. I earned my certification in Pilates mat and equipment through The PhysicalMind Institute. My fascination and passion for my career always keeps me curious and seeking further knowledge.

I believe that if you focus on proper form and mindfully connect to your movements, Pilates will assist you in achieving your physical best, whether while participating in your favorite sport, or while simply carrying out the activities of daily life. The benefits of Pilates don’t end when your session does. Pilates truly allows you to get to know your body on a different level, improve strength and flexibility, and make movement more effortless.
