About Me

Previously a Surgical Technologist, I have always had an interest in the human body and keeping it healthy. 

After discovering Pilates in 2007, I quickly fell in love with how it enabled the body to move and feel.  She earned her certification in Pilates mat and equipment through The PhysicalMind Institute. My fascination and passion for my career always keeps me curious and seeking further knowledge.

I believe that if you focus on proper form and mindfully connect to your movements, Pilates will assist you in achieving your physical best, whether while participating in your favorite sport, or while simply carrying out the activities of daily life.  The benefits of Pilates don’t end when your session does…Pilates truly allows you to get to know your body on a different level, improve strength and flexibility, and make movement more effortless.

Pilates With Beth is...

The place you go to nourish your body, mind, and spirit in the Greater New Orleans area.

Pilates with Beth provides an intimate, non-intimidating, delightful setting in which to focus on YOU.  Beth will personally guide you in achieving the amazing benefits that Pilates enables. The studio offers small group reformer classes for up to five people. Private Pilates classes, semi-private duet, and small group classes are also available.

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind while conditioning the total body. 

Anyone can benefit from Pilates...the office worker, the athlete, those with physical challenges or past injuries. Pilates will allow you the strength to push farther than you ever thought your body could go!
